"Prior to working with Jake, I already had a fairly balanced life. I was working out 3-5 times a week, and my wife and I meal prepped the majority of our meal. However, following a few sessions with Jake I was able to refine my overall fitness and nutrition needs. With Jake's assistance, I was able to incorporate additional stretches, movements, and workouts. In addition to my physical health, Jake also took the time to focus on my mental health."

Mission

With Daily Habits Health and Wellness Coaching I seek to incorporate healthy, daily habits into people's lives by assisting clients with realizing their potential to create and implement healthy habits. With these healthy habits I aim to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease through using a holistic approach focusing on daily movement, healthy diet, and stress reduction.
